The Story Behind the Story

This is a memoir blog chronicling my momma’s journey with cancer from 2009 to 2014 and our family’s experience of loving, caring for, and grieving her. It is a space for remembering who she was beyond cancer, honoring the love she gave so freely, and exploring how caregiving, loss, family, and memory continue to change us.
