We finally saw and talked to her!
Mums was rolled into her room just a bit ago. She looks relatively good for having the surgery she just did! She's fairly swollen, but that'll go away in time. She wanted to know how it went, and all the details. You should've seen the relief when we told her that she may be returning to a normal life very soon.
She hasn't lost her kick -- he he. She asked how she looked... when we replied in chorus that she looked "pretty good", she rolled her eyes back, sighed heavily, and plainly stated: "Good, because I feel like shit!"

Just a quick note to say I am so happy with all of the news. IT IS WONDERFUL! Hope she has a good night and wakes up feeling great, well OK maybe good would be better. Anyway hope tonight goes good!
