Travels on the highway

We made it to Topeka tonight, finally, around 9 pm. Super tired! Mums did well and I completed my first dressing change on her sutured area.

Gotta hit the road early tomorrow. Hoping to be in Minnesota by 4 pm tomorrow.

  1. Good Morning, Paulette. As you make your way along Interstate 70, connect with 35, and head north to Minnesota, my thoughts and prayers go with you, a rap song to the rhythm of the clackety-clack of your wheels against the cold pavement. You and yours are warm against the chill of early April because you have each other and God has His arms wrapped around you all as He is preparing the doctors, technicians, nurses, aides, and even the housekeeping staff at Mayo Clinic to be wise, professional, kind, and gentle. Paulette, you are in good hands (hmmm, sounds like a catchy slogan). One of my favorite Bible verses is in Ephesians 3:20 -- "God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine according, to His power that is at work within us." Have a blessed Tuesday. Caring about you, Joyce
